The barrel is made from high transparent polypropylene(PP),which have a bright and transparent appearance . The process of component mould injection and assembling processes are all implemented by full automatic machine to avoid the personnel contamination . The production processes are under controlled strictly and the quality is guaranteed .

Two kinds material options of piston : synthetic rubber and nature rubber. Suitable tolerance of the fitting between barrel and piston, and the medical grade silicon is used as lubricating oil , which make the syringe have great sealing and sliding function .

The production processes contains automatic-cutting, automatic grinding,laser welding etc. The final processes of acid cleaning&deactivation and electric chemical polishing ,removed the burrs and brightened the appearance of the tube’s inner&outer surface .

The disposable dental needle is used to clean a certain location in the dental operation . There are two kinds of tip design—single-side hole& double-side holes.

Single-side hole is to reduce the spraying pressure effectively comparing with the liquid spray out from the tip . Double-side holes can irrigate a certain location if revolved when cleaning .

The customized needle is available according to client special requirement . Normal size scope : OD:30G-16G (0.3mm - 1.6mm)，length：8 - 120mm.

Three-way infusion valve is used to switch the infusion channel in the clinical operation . There are two types: Single type and single with extention tube . Single with extension type is to extend the infusion tubes to facilitate the clinical operations .

Three ways are designed to be 90°crossing type , turning smoothly valve and the luer lock adapter , convenient to connect with some other medical device and switch the infusion channel .
